Where we deliver
Gospel Growers currently delivers physical products to:
-
United Kingdom
-
United States
-
Canada
-
Australia
The available delivery methods and charges for your address will be displayed at checkout.
Printing and fulfilment
Our books are printed to order and fulfilled by BookVault. This means that each book enters production after your order has been placed.
Where possible, orders are printed by a facility within the customer’s country or region. BookVault currently operates from the United Kingdom and works with local printing partners in the United States, Canada and Australia.
Occasionally, a book may need to be printed and shipped from another facility because of production availability, technical requirements or temporary capacity constraints.
Estimated production and delivery times
Production time and delivery time are separate. Delivery estimates begin after an order has finished printing and has been dispatched.
| Destination | Estimated production time | Estimated delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Usually 3–5 working days | Usually 2–5 working days |
| United States | Usually 3–5 business days | Usually 1–8 business days |
| Canada | Usually 3–5 working days | Usually up to 5 working days |
| Australia | Usually 3–5 working days | Usually up to 5 working days |
These estimates are not guaranteed. Orders may take longer during Christmas, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery to remote areas—including Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian territories and remote parts of Australia—may take longer.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays in the country where the order is being printed or delivered.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to:
-
The delivery destination
-
The number and weight of the books
-
The available delivery services
-
The delivery method selected
The complete shipping charge will be shown before you place your order. We will not add additional shipping charges after checkout unless you request and approve a change to your order.
Discounted or free-shipping promotions may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the delivery service selected at checkout.
Where tracking is included, tracking details will normally be sent by email after the parcel has been dispatched. It may take a short time for tracking information to become active.
Some economy delivery services may be untracked. If you choose an untracked service, live delivery updates will not be available.
For certain consolidated international services, tracking may not update until the parcel reaches the destination country.
Multiple-book and bundle orders
We will normally try to send books from the same order together. However, an order may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel if products are printed at different facilities or become ready at different times.
If your order is divided into separate parcels, the parcels may arrive on different days.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has entered BookVault’s automated production process, we may be unable to change or correct the address. Contact us immediately at hello@gospelgrowers.com if you notice an error, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer. Where a parcel is returned to us for this reason, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be sent again.
Customs, duties and import taxes
We aim to fulfil orders locally within the United Kingdom, United States, Canada or Australia where possible.
If an order must be shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, local taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout clearly states that these charges have been prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees payable on delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Gospel Growers.
If a parcel is refused because customs charges have not been paid, any refund will be considered after the parcel has been returned. Original shipping, customs and return costs may be deducted where permitted by law.
Delayed orders
If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated delivery window:
-
Check the tracking information, if tracking was provided.
-
Check whether the courier has left the parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or at a collection point.
-
Confirm that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct.
-
Contact us at hello@gospelgrowers.com with your Gospel Growers order number.
We will investigate the delivery with BookVault or the relevant courier. Courier investigations can take several working days.
Please contact Gospel Growers directly rather than BookVault, as your purchase contract is with Gospel Growers.
Lost parcels
If a tracked parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement, refund or another remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Untracked services do not provide delivery scans and can be more difficult to investigate. We will nevertheless review the circumstances and meet any obligations that apply under consumer law.
A parcel will not normally be treated as lost merely because it has been delayed. The appropriate investigation period will depend on the destination and delivery service.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact hello@gospelgrowers.com as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.
Please keep the books and packaging and include clear photographs of:
-
The damaged book
-
The affected cover, spine or pages
-
The external packaging
-
The shipping label
Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for further information about damaged or incorrect orders.
Orders returned to sender
A parcel may be returned to sender because of:
-
An incorrect or incomplete address
-
An unsuccessful delivery attempt
-
Failure to collect the parcel
-
Refusal to pay applicable customs charges
-
Refusal of delivery
If the parcel is returned, contact us to discuss redelivery or a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply to redelivery.
Where permitted by law, the original shipping charge and any return, customs or handling costs incurred may be deducted from a refund when the failed delivery was caused by the customer.
Cancellations
Contact hello@gospelgrowers.com immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
Because orders are submitted automatically for printing, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or return rights you may have after receiving the order.
